We use your information to respond to your message, coordinate volunteering, deliver yard signs, share campaign updates, and — if you opt in — send you text messages about the campaign. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, including your phone number, to anyone.

If you check the optional consent box on our volunteer form, you consent to receive text message updates, including automated text messages and/or donation solicitations, from the campaign at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from other campaign communications, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of volunteering or donating.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information with vendors who help us operate the campaign — for example, a text messaging platform, email provider, or payment processor. These vendors may only use the information to provide services to the campaign.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, and we keep it only as long as needed for campaign purposes or as required by Louisiana campaign finance and election law.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
